Part One - Today I have taken my slave out of his cage. He's been annoying me saying he has a headache. Well... I decided to give him some relief. I am wearing my stiletto shoes, and I'm going to see if I can trample his deadache away. I stand on his body and dig my sharp stiletto's into his belly. As he squeals in pain, I dig them in even harder. Time to attend to that headache, so I move on to stand and trample on his head. As I enjoy hearing him squeal, using my full weight I apply maximum pressure on his head and face. His groans get louder and louder, I'm sure his headache is now much more severe. What a great way to have some exercise, as I continue to make my slave suffer under my beautiful stiletto heels. When I'm finished crushing his head, I will allow him to show his gratitude...To be continued...
